The objective of Priority Axis 1 is the prevention of unemployment by means of supporting investments into human resources development and modern systems of their management.
Priority Axis 2 - Active Labour Market Policy
The objective of Priority Axis 2 is improved access to employment, permanent integration of people looking for a job and prevention of unemployment of groups at risk on the labour market.
Priority Axis 3 - Social Integration and Equal Opportunities
The objective of Priority Axis 3 is the provision of assistance to people at risk of social exclusion, improvement of the quality and accessibility of social services and implementation of measures resulting in higher employability of these people including the pursuit of equal opportunities for women and men on the labour market.
Priority Axis 4 - Public Administration and Public Services
The objective of Priority Axis 4 is to increase the institutional capacity, quality, effectiveness and transparency of activities at the public administration institutions and to increase quality and accessibility of public services.
Priority Axis 5 - Transnational Cooperation
The objective of Priority Axis 5 is to support transnational cooperation within development of human resources.
